Xin Nian Kuai Le! Thats the pin-yin for "Happy Chinese New Year" - wishing everyone a fabulous new year filled with health, prosperity and good fortunes. The celebration of Chinese New Year is very near and dear to my heart. My mother always made sure we knew how to celebrate and throughout life, I've always participated in the traditions in any way that I could. Many people don't know, but traditionally, Chinese New Year is actually a 15 day (2 week long) celebration - Each day has a different meaning and purpose.
